The pre-stay communication was excellent, with prompt responses and clear instructions. the entry system with codes was convenient, and the additional parking provided upon request was much appreciated. the location was ideal, close to the Winter Gardens, and the room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and good heating. Although there was no fridge, the host's hospitality and quick response to queries made up for it. Overall, the value for money, cleanliness, and comfort of the property make it a definite choice for future stays.
